1. Do you offer international shipping?
At Thekingshirts, we ship products to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your country or region.
2. What are your shipping methods?
We use USPS First Class services.
3. Will I receive an email with my order confirmation and tracking info?
Yes, you will. And it will depend on the date we confirm your orders and their possible delivery status (immediately or on a specific date.) After the initial order confirmation, you will receive information on the allowed cancellation duration or changes to the order’s details, such as the phone number, mail address, receiving or delivering names, etc.
4. How long will I receive tracking information after placing an order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly on your successful payment date. Tracking information will be available when the order is confirmed to be ready to ship within 2-3 business days.
5. How long does it take to receive products?
– All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
– 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days of payment.
– For orders in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take from 3-7 business days to arrive at their destination.
– We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
Exception:
For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other countries, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
6. How do I cancel my order? Who do I contact for my cancellation?

7. What are your shipping rates?
It will be $6.95 for US domestic customers and $8.95 for international guests.
8. Where are the products being made and shipped from?
Our products are 100% printed and shipped from the US.
9. Why isn’t the tracking data showing on my tracking number?
Tracking numbers may take up to 7-10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

11. Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
