Order Cancellation or Modification:

  • You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. (After 24 hours, we will start the production process for your order, so we won’t be able to assist you if you make changes after that.)
  • Order cancellation or modification does not apply to cases where customers use discount codes or promotional programs.
  • However, please contact us at [email protected] in any case to see if we can assist you.

Refund:

  • We will refund within 24 hours if you cancel your order. (Not applicable to customers who use discount codes).
  • We will refund or send you a free product if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, wrong in terms of size and design compared to the product you purchased.
  • After 24 hours, we will NOT accept refunds if customers choose the wrong size, color, or any errors on the customer’s part.
  • (However, we will assist you in replacing another product if you agree to bear the shipping cost and a fee for handling your canceled order. The fee depends on the type of product you purchased: hoodie, sweatshirt, etc.)
  • We will NOT accept a refund for cases where customers provide incorrect shipping information that leads to a delivery error.

P.S: Please allow for a 10% difference between the actual product and the advertising images on the website due to differences in lighting and colors during the photo shooting process.

Refund Process Missing or Late:

  • If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us again.

Discount Codes, Promotions:

  • Discount codes, promotions, or vouchers cannot be applied to previous, existing, or pending orders.
  • Discounts cannot be converted into cash.
  • Discount codes cannot be used in combination with any other promotions.
