Violation of the conditions set forth, depending on the laws of each country or state, the offender may be subject to enforcement imprisonment.

The t-shirt design with the quote “Same Crime Life 15 Yr Probation” refers to the racial disparities in the American criminal justice system. The image on the design that goes against the reality of black people is that people of color are less likely to be arrested, convicted, and sentenced to lesser penalties than whites for the same crimes.

This quote refers to Snoop Dogg’s legal troubles in 2007 when he pleaded no contest to felony gun and drug charges and received five years probation and 800 hours of community service. He avoided a possible prison sentence of up to four years. 

The Snoop Dogg rapper, whose real name is Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr., had previous convictions for drug possession and weapons charges. He wore this t-shirt to court to protest the racial disparities in sentencing and the law’s harsh treatment of black people. He also wanted to highlight the contrast between his case and that of Paris Hilton, who served only 23 days in jail for violating her probation after a DUI arrest.
