About UCLA Maui Strong T-Shirt
This t-shirt features the green logo of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), along with the phrase “Maui Strong.”
The design draws inspiration from the fundraising efforts of UCLA’s track and field team and soccer team to support the Maui community following a devastating wildfire in Hawaii.
The fundraising campaign took place from Thu Aug 24th, 2023 to September 2nd, 2023, coinciding with the start of the new season. Additionally, those who supported the fund with a minimum of $10 received two free tickets to the UCLA vs. North Carolina Central match on September 16th.
Although the fundraising campaign only ran until September 2nd, it served as a way to encourage and rally support for Hawaii in the future.
